Ellie and Jarrett are such a sweet couple! We had such a great time walking around Hyde Park Village and South Tampa together. Jarrett proposed to her while they were at their home to celebrate her 21st birthday before dinner at the famous Bern’s! They were taking a picture at her birthday party and he knelt down on one knee and asked her to marry him! Jarrett’s grandmother gave him her diamond to give to the girl of his dreams.
