Rachel and Austin were friends in high school but they fell in love after he came home from deployment. They both love to laugh and have fun so their wedding was one of the most entertaining weddings we have ever captured! After getting to know them, it’s easy to see why they chose to get married because they are best friends! Rachel is such a sweet gem and lights up the room with her smile. You could see the tears in Austin’s eyes when he saw her walk down the aisle.

During their ceremony, they had adorable flower girls, ring security, a little boy driving a car down the aisle and their sweet pups even made an appearance! They surprised everyone with a bride and groom first dance! (They were prepping all year taking dance lessons!) Everyone enjoyed dancing the night away at their beautiful reception at Ruth Eckerd Hall.

One of my favorite parts of the day was tricking Austin into thinking that we were going to capture a bride and groom first look. He totally believed me! You could see that he was very nervous but when he turned around, he saw his best friend dancing in a wedding dress. Everyone was watching from the windows, including Rachel. Rachel and Austin, your wedding day was absolutely beautiful! We are so incredibly happy for you! I hope you all enjoy some of our favorites from their special day, 10/10/20.
