This was an extra special engagement session because this is the location where their love story truly began! Shannon and Matthew met in college. After graduation, he moved to Tampa to start his new job. He asked Shannon to follow him and come explore the city for the weekend. They attended a festival at Curtis Hixon Park and that’s where they both decided they were completely and forever meant to be together! A few miles down The Riverwalk is also where Matt proposed when Shannon’s niece handed her the ring!

After almost eight years later, they are getting married at Tampa River Center this summer and we cannot wait for their special day! P.S. I loved photographing their little family of 3! Fun Fact: Their adorable Great Pyrenees, Grady weighs *more* than me!
