After being together for one year, Ali and Skyler decided to get married and have an intimate celebration with family and closest friends at the Theatre in Armature Works in Tampa! Skyler proposed by surprising Ali with a trip to Oxford Exchange where they had their first date on their anniversary. They celebrated with drinks from the Champagne Bar and when he came back from returning the glasses he got on one knee and pulled out the most perfect ring. It’s truly gorgeous!

This was my first time officially meeting Ali and Skyler and they are such a sweet couple and so in love! The day began at The JW Marriott. Ali, her best friends and her mother were getting their hair and makeup done with beautiful views of Tampa Bay! She wore a special ring that her grandmother gave her. They were having so much fun getting ready and toasting with a special bottle of champagne! Ali gifted her father an embroidered hanker-chief because she knew he would cry. It was such a special moment when he saw her for the first time! My eyes were welling up with happy tears for them!

Skyler and Ali shared a first touch only right before the ceremony and he cried when she walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, we stepped outside for a few minutes to capture their bride and groom portraits. We took the elevator down from the Theatre room. We walked around the crowded lawn and found a spot with perfect sunset glow and palm trees! Historically, the Theatre was a bar and stage performance space where steel workers used to enjoy after work! Their reception was beautiful with candles everywhere with roses and blush and slate blue decor. Ali and Skyler, I’m so happy for you two!
